Dr. Ricardo Baretzky is the founder and principal of Baretzky & Partners LLP — an internationally recognised specialist in Risk Mitigation, Strategic Risk, Legal Affairs, Crisis Mitigation, and Investigations.

Holding a PhD in Law alongside qualifications in International Risk Management (IRM) and an International Diploma in Business Law (BLAW), Dr. Baretzky has built a distinguished career advising governments, legislative bodies, and multinational organisations on the most complex risk and cyber intelligence challenges of our time.

His expertise spans financial crime, international cybercrime, money laundering, cross-border legal risk, and national security advisory — with a particular focus on the intersection of law, technology, and geopolitics affecting both the United States and the European Union.
