Ricardo Baretzky was born in 1968. In his career, Mr. Baretzky worked as an global threat information analysts and advisory to officials and corporations. He specialized in the conception and direction of operations of cyber intelligence, analysis of terrorism, security issues and geopolitics. He is co-author of the book, Lo Stato Islamico, and is often called as a guest speaker in conferences organized by international institutions. He recently delivered a Keynote speech at the Palais des Nations United Nations (Room 26) as official appointed representative in the Lawsuit for Child Victims of Terrorism by International Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism in Consultative Status of ECOSOC.

Qualified as the Global Intelligence Architect, Certified Global Terrorism – Specialist (C|GTS), currently serves as the President of CYBERPOL The International Cyber Policing Organization, he also serve as the President of The European Cenrtre for Information Policy and Security ECIPS.

Ricardo Baretzky is a long standing member of the global CI – Community whom previously advised state officials on Negotiation and Conflict Cyber-Security capacity building in complex international multi disciplinary structures and political cultural work settings in Africa and Asia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, particularly (multi disciplinary) institutional, organizational and operational development of Cyber Intelligence, Policy and Rule of Policy Services. Ricardo is a well-known and sought after public speaker on the international risk management industry events circuit and has a passion for all things related to Cyber Counter Intelligence and Technology. He is currently an advisor on the subject of Insider Threats and Cyber Incident Analysis and Response and compliance policies to a number of global companies and international governments.

Baretzky appeared as Expert Speaker before members of The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere Crime, Civilian Security, held at the Dirksen Senate Office Building and participated on the International Expert Panel to address the implementation of the US / Caribbean Strategic Engagement Act (#HR 4939) which was signed into law by President Obama in December 2016.

He was an Expert Speaker for Members of Congress Legislative Forum on Capitol Hill The Rayburn House Office Building, 26 Independence Avenue, Washington, DC on 22nd June 2017.
